Rapper Lil Twist Pulled Over in Justin Bieber's Car Again

He's the guy who got pulled over before a paparazzo was killed...
Justin Bieber's pal Lil Twist got pulled over in Bieber's car again. TMZ reports that the rapper was pulled over in Los Angeles by California Highway Police after making an unsafe lane change. He got a ticket for the car's tinted windows.
Twist was driving the Fisker that Bieber used to try and outrun paparazzi down the 101 Freeway last year. The rapper previously got a ticket in Bieber's Ferrari on New Year's Day; a paparazzo got out of his car to shoot the incident and was struck and killed by a motorist. Bieber is currently in London.
