Carson Daly's Last Call SXSW Showcase Set

Daly's show to feature Angel Haze and more...
Carson Daly has announced the bands that will perform on Last Call during SXSW this year. Daly, who broadcasts from the music festival each year, told Billboard that Angel Haze, Big Black Delta, Glossary, Grape St., Maximum Hedrum and The Coup will perform at his showcase show and that Haze, Jake Bugg, Joey Bada$$, Chloe Chaidez and Kitten will all be guests during his show's weeklong spotlight.
Daily said of the showcase, "The object is to put together the most eclectic lineup possible. Having national television debuts is important, whether it's a band that's been around for a minute or brand new like Angel Haze. They can say 'I've been on NBC' and use it as a calling card. New music and storytelling -- that's what we work on and something (music booker) Davis Powers and I speak about: Who are the people with a good story?"
