Carly Rae Jepsen Cancels Concert For The Boy Scouts Because She Says They're Homophobic

She's a gay rights supporter...
Carly Rae Jepsen just met the Boy Scouts, and this is crazy, but she has canceled a concert for them because they're homophobic (maybe).
TMZ reports the singer is no longer performing for the Boy Scouts of America as she doesn't want to be involved with an organization that doesn't support gay rights. The group has a ban on openly gay scouts and scout leaders. She was booked for the National Scout Jamboree in Mount Hope, West Virginia in July with the band Train.
Jepsen tweeted: "As an artist who believes in equality for all people, I will not be participating in the Boy Scouts of America Jamboree this summer. I always have and will continue to support the LGBT community on a global level ... and stay informed on the ever changing landscape in the ongoing battle for gay rights in this country and across the globe."
Train has also backed out of the show and says they will re-join if the Boy Scouts change their policy.
