Nightclub Suing DMX Over Missing A Show

They claim he took the money anyway...
TMZ reports that DMX is being sued by the Owls Nest Sports Lounge for taking money for a meet and greet but never showing up.
The nightclub filed the suit in a South Carolina court, claiming it paid him $3,000 to show up on August 25, 2012 but he took the money and ran. They want him to return the money and pay expenses, including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
