Justin Bieber Loans Out His Freshly-Fixed Car to a Friend Again

Justin Bieber just got his car fixed, and already its been loaned out to a friend. As you may remember, Bieber's friend Lil Twist crashed his chrome Fisker into cement poles outside of a liquor store in Los Angeles earlier this week and fled the scene, leaving the car with a badly-damaged front. Now, TMZ has pics of the Fisker back in shape and another of Bieber's friends is out in it.
