Frank Ocean Sued Over Channel Orange Song "Lost"

All Hip Hop reports that Frank Ocean has been sued over the song "Lost" from his album Channel Orange.
Producer/songwriter Micah Otano filed a lawsuit in US District Court and the Central District of California on March 6. He claims he wrote a song called "Daylight" with producer Malay (who is also being sued along with Island Def Jam and Universal).
He says that Melay took all of the production credit for the song, which he helped produce. He adds that "Lost" is a direct copy of "Daylight". He is suing for back royalties and damages.
The album went on to win a Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
