[VIDEO] The Strokes Release New Music Video
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.15.2013

NME reports that The Strokes have released the music video for their new song "All the Time".

The video is made up of archive footage from their career, including scenes from the set of the videos for "Last Night" and "The Modern Age", along with backstage clips from festival appearance. At one point, Lou Reed is seen performing with the band.

The song comes from their fifth album Comedown Machine, which will be out on March 25. When talking about the possibility of performing live, bassist Nikolai Fraiture said they have no plans at the moment but hope they can work them out soon.

He said: "I don't know. I would love to tour."

When asked about the making of the new album at New York's Electric Lady studios, he added: "We hashed it out all together like the good old days. It's a legendary studio and it is not far away from us all, apart from Nick who lives in Los Angeles, but he made the trip out to record."

The album follows Is This It (2001), Room On Fire (2003), First Impressions of Earth (2006) and Angles (2011).
