He's gonna stay quiet...
Conrad Murray will not be saying much when he takes the stand in Katherine Jackson's lawsuit against AEG Live over Michael Jackson's death. TMZ reports that Murray plans to exercise his fifth amendment right against self-incrimination for the lawsuit, in which Katherine claims that AEG was negligant in hiring and supervising Murray, thus leading to his death. Murray has been subpoenaed to take the stand.
Sources report that the tactic is due to the fact that Murray's lawyer is going to file documents revealing the fifth amendment stance, noting that she is appealing Murray's conviction on involuntary manslaughter charges in Jackson's death as anything Murray says could still be used against him.
