Michael Jackson's Family Demanding Certain Questions Not Be Asked In Wrongful Death Lawsuit

TMZ reports that Michael Jackson's family is asking the judge in their wrongful death lawsuit against AEG Live to exclude any evidence of who the parents of Jackson's three children are.
Katherine Jackson, Blanket, Paris and Prince say it's not relevant for a jury to hear about how the three were conceived, and they do not believe AEG has any right to look into their history. They also want to exclude any evidence that Jackson's siblings have financial problems, as they think AEG might try to argue that the need for the lawsuit is because of money.
Finally, they want any evidence or mention of child molestation removed, partly because Michael was never found guilty. A judge has yet to rule on the motions.
And mama Jackson and the kids want the judge to bar evidence or any mention of child molestation allegations, partly because MJ was never found guilty.
