Man Pleads Not Guilty In Death Of Usher's Stepson

WSBTV in Atlanta reports that a man charged in a crash on Lake Lanier that killed Usher's stepson, 11-year-old Kile Glover, has pleaded not guilty. The man, Jeffrey Hubbard, is currently out on $10,000 bond.
Glover died last summer after a personal watercraft hit him. He was on an inner tube behind the boat at the time, and died after two weeks in a coma. A grand jury indicted Hubbard earlier this month. He faces several charges including homicide by vessel. Police say alcohol likely wasn't involved.
Hubbard and his family didn't speak and when asked if it was an accident, his attorney Jeffery Talley said, "We'll try that before a jury."
The next step is filing motions for discovery to see what evidence prosecutors have against him.
