Bobby Brown Released From Jail After Nine Hours

TMZ reports that Bobby Brown, who was sentenced to 55 days in jail for his third DUI (his second in seven months), has been released after just nine hours.
He checked into the Los Angeles County Jail at 9:58 AM Wednesday and was released at 6:58 PM. A spokesperson previously said days ago that Brown would only serve nine days due to overcrowding.
He was arrested in October after driving erratically on a Los Angeles street. He pleaded no contest to DUI and driving on a suspended license. He is on four years probation and has to complete an 18-month alcohol education course.
