Lil Wayne Expected to Make High Bow on Billboard 200 Chart with New I Am Not a Human Being II Album
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 03.27.2013

Billboard reports that Lil Wayne is expected to make a high debut on the Billboard 200 chart next week with his new album release, I Am Not a Human Being II.

The album is reportedly on course to arrive at No. 2 according to industry sources. Lil Wayne's latest is expected to sell from 190,000 to 210,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, March 31. Justin Timberlake's new album release, The 20/20 Experience, is still expected to remain No. 1. Projections suggest that Timberlake will easily surpass Wayne.

Lil Wayne's last studio album, Tha Carter V bowed at No. 1 with 964,000 copies sold in 2011. His first I Am Not a Human Being album debuted at No. 2 with 110,000 copies in 2010 as a digital-only release. It then hit No. 1 two weeks later once the physical CD hit stores.

Blake Shelton will likely place No. 3 with his new Based on a True Story with an estimated 150,000 copies or more. This would be Shelton's best sales week yet.

Depeche Mode is expected to land their seventh top 10 album with Delta Machine, their first album for Columbia Records. The album is head for a start of around 55,000 copies.
