Prince May Testify in Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Suit
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 03.31.2013

Prince may end up testifying in the wrongful death lawsuit over Michael Jackson's passing. TMZ reports that Katherine Jackson has submitted documents with her list of witnesses, which is nealy 100 people including Prince. The lawsuit, if you will recall, was filed against AEG Live alleging that they were responsible for Jackson's death as they hired Conrad Murray and didn't properly supervise or manage him, which lead to him administering a fatal dose of Propofol to the King of Pop.

Katherine's legal team believes that Prince had a poor experience with AEG previously that may be relevant in the case.
