UPDATEDx2: Chris Brown Accused Of Assaulting Woman In Nightclub

Club owner comes to Chris' defense...
UPDATE 2: The owner of the nighclub where Chris Brown allegedly assaulted a woman says that Brown never touched the supposed victim. TMZ spoke with the owner of Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California who says that Deanna Gines, who claims Brown shoved her down the stairs, tried to jump on stage while Brown was performing seceral times and also tried to rush into the roped-off VIP area.
The owner notes that Gines was ejected from the club due to her behavior and threw her shoes at security while she was being taken out. He added, "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false."
The owner noted that police were called in order to arrest Gines, but she was allowed to leave with her friends. As to whether Gines suffered her alleged injuries while being tossed out, he said, "Heat staff and security did what they had to do ... [Chris] was a complete gentleman."
UPDATE: Deanna Gines, the woman who has filed a police report accusing Chris Brown of pushing her down the stairs at a nightclub over the weekend, spoke with TMZ in regard to the incident. Gines says that she did file a police report but when asked whether she planned to sue for medical expenses and pain and suffering, she said she that all she really wants is an apology. Despite that claim, she is pressing forward with criminal charges. Check out the video of the interview below:
ORIGINAL:TMZ reports that Chris Brown has been accused of injuring a 24-year-old woman inside the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim on Saturday night.
Deanna Gines said that she was in the VIP section with Brown after he finished performing. She the bar was about to close, she claims he shoved her to the ground on purpose, causing her to fall hard on her knees. She filed a police report. A representative of the Anaheim Police Department confirmed that a report was filed, but didn't reveal the name of the victim. The incident is being investigated.
Gines claims she went to the hospital and was told she had torn ligaments in her right knee. She will see another doctor later this week but has already been told she may need surgery.
Brown's representative Nicole Perna said: "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense."
