Tico Torres gets appendix surgery in Mexico City…
Jon Bon Jovi announced on his Facebook page that Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres was forced to undergo an emergency appendectomy in Mexico City. As a result, the group has postponed their concert dates.
The band is staying with Torres until he is released from the hospital. The band had to postpone their Tuesday show in Mexico City after Torres checked into the American British Cowdary Hospital.
Bon Jovi apologized to fans that have been inconvenienced or were traveling to their concerts in Mexico City, Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires. The concerts in those cities are now being re-scheduled for later this month. The band is set to return to the road on September 20 in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
