Joining The Game in helping out...
The Game isn't the only person helping pay for the funeral of a young girl shot and killed in California last weekend. As we previously reported, the rapper donated $10,000 to help cover the funeral costs for Tiana Ricks, a six-year-old girl who was shot and killed after two men opened fire on her family's home in Moreno Valley, California. Now, TMZ reports that Snoop Lion has paid more money to help cover what bills remained.
While Snoop's rep wouldn't say how much he donated, sources close to the girl's family say it was in the $2,000 range.
Snoop released a statement regarding the shooting which read, "Little 6-year-old girls are not supposed to die from a gunshot. But it keeps happening ... Too many tears are being shed, too many young lives are being cut short. We need to come together to change this...Beautiful Tiana loved to play the piano -- she had a whole life ahead of her which she should have been filled with love and music."
