Claiming that she suffered a ton of abuse...
The former publicist and attorney for the Insane Clown Posse has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit consisting of claims of sexual harassment, threats and other inappropriate behavior. TMZ reports that Andrea Pellegrini filed the suit, claiming that she was fired after complaining to the executives at Psychopathic Records, ICP's label.
The suit claims several instances of abuse, such as the following per TMZ:
2011: Michelle Rapp, Violent J's girlfriend gave her a glare "in a hostile manner." When she told the head of Psychopathic, she was told that Rapp is "crazy" and might beat her up.
2012: While heading to lunch, Psycopathic employee Dirty Dan told her he had a "fat c**k" and that "he'd like to f**k her."
July 2012: After she changed her Facebook status to single, Pellegrini was given a "clear dildo" by Dirty Dan, who said she would probably need it now. She also claimed that he gave two other women in the office "vagina tighteners" the same day.
August 2012: Pellegrini was told that she couldn't use the private bathrooms at that month's Gathering of the Juggalos, forcing her to share restrooms that were "often full with naked male strangers."
She also claimed that she was once asked to obtain illegal automatic weapons for a photo shoot. She's suing for wrongful termination and wants to be compensated for damages including "fright and shock" and "horror, outrage and indignity."
