One of the stipulations...
Radar Online reports that Britney Spears must remain under her conservatorship (with her father as the conservator) on her Britney Spears: Piece of Me 100-show Las Vegas residency.
A source said: "The contract clearly states if Britney's conservatorship ends, Casear's Entertainment (the parent company of Planet Hollywood) has the right to cancel the deal."
The conservatorship allows Jamie and several lawyers to control her affairs. It was established in 2008 after Spears had public meltdowns that ended in an involuntary psychiatric hold.
The source added: Britney will have a medical team in Las Vegas and if needed, her psychiatrist, who based in Los Angeles, will be made available to her should she need."
She made the announcement of her residency on Good Morning America on Tuesday, and hinted that her sons (7-year-old Sean Preston Federline and 6-year-old Jayden James) could appear at the stage shows. She is expected to earn $15 million.
She said: "Preston will probably be on stage. But I think Jayden would have a hard time with it."
The source continued: "Britney will fly in shortly before the shows and come back to Los Angeles so she doesn't disrupt her schedule with her sons. A lot of the shows will take place on weekends when the boys are with their father, Kevin (Federline)."
She will debut her new show on December 27. Tickets go on sale Tuesday with prices ranging from $59 to $179.
