She can go as far as she wants...
In an interview with Bang Showbiz (via Digital Spy), Rita Ora says she doesn't think Miley Cyrus crossed any lines with her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, her music video for "Wrecking Ball" and her other acts of wild behavior.
Ora said: "There is no line. The greatness about what we do is you can do whatever you want. There's no line in my book. Madonna never had a line. I think it's just about how far you want to take it. I don't think it's anyone's place to draw a line for you. It's about how you want to be perceived. If it's who you are and that's how you want to be perceived then I am all for it. It's a personal preference - she has her way, I have my way. Everyone's different. I can't twerk!"
This comes after Cyrus admitted her behavior is part of "a bigger plan" and called herself a "strategic hot mess".
