Too hot for TV...
The Daily Mail newspaper (via Breaking News) reports that the music video for Britney Spears' "Work Bitch" has been banned in the UK and can't be shown before 10 PM. The song features Spears saying the word "bitch" nineteen times (along with it written in neon) along with several risque scenes including dancers being whipped and in bondage gear. Channels have asked for a "clean" version to show during the day, but her people haven't decided if they will make one.
A source said: "While the video has gone down a storm online, it's a bit too much to play on TV. Music stations like The Box and MTV have their hands tied."
Not all of the songs on the album will be like "Work Bitch". She co-wrote a ballad with Sia called "Perfume". Sia has previously worked with Rihanna, David Guetta and Flo Rida. The song is about Spears' life.
The source added: "'Perfume' is a really personal track and very emotional. This is the first album Britney has completely co-written. It's all about her feelings and experiences and she's very proud of it."
