Cyrus poised to have her biggest album opening week ever…
Billboard reports that Miley Cyrus' is set to open No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart next week with her new album Bangerz.
The album is projected to sell around 250,00 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, October 13. The new chart's top 10 will be released on Wednesday, October 16. That set debuted and peaked at No. 3 with 102,000 sold in its first week of release. The set to date has sold 348,000 copies. The set will be Cyrus fifth chart-topper if it opens at No. 1.
Other new titles expected to open big next week include Panic at the Disco's Too Weird To Live. That set is expected to sell around 90,000 copies. Pusha T's My Name is My Name is projected to have an 80,000 start. Korn's new album, Paradigm Shift, will likely sell around 40,000 copies.
