Dream on, dude...
The man who broke into Rihanna's home claimed to be her "future husband" when a security guard ordered her to leave. TMZ reports that Rihanna's legal request for a temporary restraining order against Jonathan Whooper gives details on Whooper's alleged break-in.
According to the court documents, Whooper made several trips to Rihanna's Los Angeles home and on September 29th broke into the home, triggering the alarm. He couldn't disarm the system and decided to leave, breaking a glass patio table on the way out. Whooper then allegedly returned on October 4th and was confronted by security. When ordered to leave he said he was there to see Rihanna and said, "Do you know who I am? I am Rihanna's future husband!" Police arrested him later that day and he was charged with prowling and felony attempted burglary, vandalism and stalking.
Rihanna has asked for the restraining order claiming that she has undergone "substantial emotional distress and concern for her personal safety." She added that she cannot currently testify as a witness because she's "currently on tour." The judge issued the temporary order against Whooper, ordering him to stay at least 100 yards away.
