They're going to fight him...
TMZ reports that the Medical Board of California will not let Dr. Conrad Murray practice medicine again, even though Murray plans to fight getting his license revoked. Murray has said he wants to practice medicine again after he is released from jail this month.
The Medical Board has started the process to revoke his license, but it was put on hold after he filed an appeal to try to reverse the decision. Members of the board believe he is unfit for medicine based on what he did to Michael Jackson. A source said: "He's not getting his license back."
Board members have already discussed the case. The fact that Murray was giving Jackson for sixty days straight, which caused him to overdose before he died, is playing a big factor in their decision. They think it's "unconscionable" that Murray abused the drug by using it as a sleeping aid. The Board has been known to give a doctor one pass for errors like drug use or hurting a patient, but they think that Murray's involvement with Jackson's death is a "moral failing" that is unforgivable.
