Kanye West and Kim Kardashian File Lawsuit Over Leaked Proposal Video

The lawsuit names Chad Hurley as the culprit…
TMZ reports that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing the person who allegedly leaked their proposal video to a video-sharing website.
In the lawsuit, West and Kardashian's lawyer, Eric George, reportedly names Chad Hurley as the man who posted the video to his new internet venture, MixBit. Hurley is the co-founder of YouTube who sold it to Google for $1.65 billion
The lawsuit goes on to say that Hurley was desperate to find a "second act" after two flops following his sale of YouTube. West and Kardashian are also claiming that Hurley wasn't even invited to AT&T Park in San Francisco but manipulated his way in. He was reportedly allowed to stay only after he signed a confidentiality agreement. A picture was also said to have been taken of him holding the signed confidentiality agreement.
