Lady Gaga Ends Working Relationship With Manager Troy Carter

Showbiz411 reports that Lady Gaga has ended her relationship with her manager Troy Carter, citing "creative differences." Carter helped start Gaga's career in 2007 and got her a multi-million dollar deal at Interscope. Carter was cut out of the ARTPOP album campaign and Gaga has refused advice.
A source said: "She doesn't take direction anymore."
The relationship ended after a critically shunned performance at last night's Youtube Awards, a ballad called "Dope". It's one of three songs on the album with references to drugs. Gaga also reportedly left "great" songs off of the album that could have been hits, including a duet with Cher.
Carter manages John Legend and other artists. Gaga's next album, ARTPOP, will be released on November 11. Several songs have been released from the album.
