Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Are The Most Streamed Spotify Artists Of 2013

NME reports that Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are the most streamed Spotify artists of 2013. "Can't Hold Us" was the most popular song worldwide and their album The Heist was the most streamed album.

Avicii's "Wake Me Up" was the second-most streamed song, and then Macklemore took #3 with "Thrift Shop". Daft Punk's "Get Lucky", which had the most streams in a single day on April 20, was the fourth most popular song this year. "Thrift Shop" was also the most streamed song of the last five years with over 160 million streams so far.
