[VIDEO] Foo Fighters Play Surprise Show At Pizza Restaurant
Posted by Joseph Lee on 12.11.2013

NME reports that the Foo Fighters surprised those eating at the Rock & Roll Pizza restaurant in Moorpark, California on Monday night by playing a secret show. The venue has a capacity of 200 people. The Foos played 23 songs mostly made up of classics. No new songs were revealed.

The band will make their live comeback in Mexico this Friday. The band teased the show last month by posting a photo of a blood-splattered guitar on Facebook and writing: "First practice. Been too long. Look out, Mexico."

They will play the 55,000-capacity Foro Sol stadium with The National opening for them. Their last show was in New York in September 2012 at the Global Festival event.

Guitarist Chris Shiflett revealed earlier this year that they will begin recording their new album early next year. Dave Grohl also said that the album has been written and he hinted at a 2014 release date. It will be the follow-up to 2011's Wasting Light.

Here are the songs they played:

'All My Life'
'The Pretender'
'My Hero'
'Learn to Fly'
'White Limo'
'Cold Day in the Sun'
'Long Road to Ruin'
'Big Me'
'Stacked Actors'
'These Days'
'Monkey Wrench'
'Hey, Johnny Park!'
'This Is a Call'
'Bridge Burning'
'Dear Rosemary'
'Breakdown' (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers cover)
'Times Like These'
