Drake Sued For Bailing on Concerts After Demanding More Money
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 12.15.2013

Drake has been sued by concert promoters in Chicago for bailing on two concerts that he committed to. TMZ reports that the rapper was sued by the promoters, who said that Drake agreed to do the shows in 2012 right before he became a star. The suit claims that he then refused to show unless the promoters would pay him for more due to his increased name value.

The shows were supposeed to take placein March 2012 at a venue that held 8,500 people; he later performed in June at a nearby venue with a capacity of 28,000. The promoters want the $200,000 they invested.
