Eminem Turns Down Offer To Perform At Super Bowl Party
Posted by Joseph Lee on 12.20.2013

TMZ reports that Eminem turned down an offer to perform at the NFL Owners Party during Super Bowl week because they wouldn't pay him two million dollars. Representatives for the event were looking for a headline act for the event to perform for the 1,500 people in attendance. When Eminem's agents asked for $2 million, the owners group passed.

The owners were also interested in Kanye West, but his fee "was $1 million, plus plus plus a lot of other perks." They eventually settled on Janelle Monae, who will be paid $150,000. There will be several performers at various events in New York Vity during Super Bowl week. DJs are doing well and the biggest acts are making between $750,000 and $1 million.
