Did Ludacris steal from a 1979 song?
TMZ reports that rapper Ludacris is under fire for allegedly stealing from an original song for his 2010 track "Be With You." The music producer and publisher for the 1979 song "Be With Me" are suing Ludacris for stealing the track for his 2010 song.
The "Be With You" song also features David Banner and Marsha Ambrosius, and they are also being sued by the "Be With Me" producer. TMZ posted sample audio clips of both tracks for comparison, so you can decide for yourself if Ludacris ripped off the song.
