LA County Sheriff's Department Pursuing Felony Vandalism Charge Against Justin Bieber
Posted by AJ Grey on 01.11.2014

TMZ reports that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department wants to charge Justin Bieber with a felony for allegedly egging someone's house.

Detectives reportedly met with the owner of the house that Bieber allegedly egged on Thurdsay night. It appears the detectives plan to charge Bieber because there is both video of the incident and physical evidence proving he is guilty. Detectives also told the homeowner that they need repair estimates by Mondya.

If the damage is greater than $400, than the charge for Bieber would be felony vandalism. The homeowner's damage is reportedly in the range of tens thousands of dollars because the expensive Venetian plaster outside the home has to be redone. Also other expensive parts of the home were either damaged or ruined.

The report claims that detectives want to hold Bieber accountable because he's made a mockery of the legal system by breaking the law numerous times. However, there was never enough evidence to prosecute him until now.

The case will reportedly go to the District Attorney next week.
