That's what they're going for...
TMZ reports that Los Angeles County Sheriff's detectives want Justin Bieber charged with a felony after he egged a neighbor's house on Thursday night. Detectives met with the owner of the house. They are said to be "indignant" and think this is their best chance to get Bieber as they have video and physical evidence.
Detectives told the victim they need repair estimates by Monday. The estimates will decide whether the case is a felony or a misdemeanor. In California, if the damage is over $400 then it becomes felony vandalism. The damage could be over $10,000 because of the expensive Venetian plaster on the side of the house that has to be redone, along with expensive doors and other items that were damaged or ruined.
Detectives are out to get Bieber as they feel he's mocked the legal system by breaking the law several times without there being enough evidence to prosecute. The district attorney should get the case next week.
