Man Sues Jennifer Lopez Claiming She Asked Him to Send Her Naked Pictures
Posted by AJ Grey on 01.12.2014

TMZ has a report on a bizarre lawsuit in which a man, Rodriguo Ruiz, has filed a lawsuit against Jennifer Lopez, saying she duped him into sending her naked photos in the mail.

Ruiz filed the $10,000 suit against Lopez in Los Angeles. He claims she sent him a letter out of the blue in 2008 and demanded he replay with naked photos and his demo CD's. He says the letters led him to believe he had a chance at a music career and relationship with Lopez, but she never followed through.

Ruiz sent the letters to TMZ, and they are blatantly fake and not really from Lopez. In addition, he also filed a police report claiming sexual harassment. Records show that the P.O. box that replied to his letters is owned by a 53-year-old woman who lives in Los Angeles.

The woman was called and asked about the details and the lawsuit, and she is said to have nervously claimed she was operating a Jennifer Lopez fan mail exchange and hung up.

A rep for Lopez said, "this is a small claims matter that appears to be a desperate attempt for notoriety. Ms Lopez has never seen or met the plaintiff, nor has she ever communicated with him. We believe this matter should be summarily dismissed."
