Photographer Suing Justin Bieber Claims He Has History of Assault
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 01.13.2014

The photographer suing Justin Bieber for an alleged assault wants to bring up the singer's history of attacking paparazzi in a deposition. As you may recall, Bieber is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, who claims one of the star's bodyguards choked and stole his camera equipment last June in Miami. Now, TMZ reports that Binion has asked that a deposition of Bieber be allowed to ask about several other attacks in which Bieber or his bodyguards have attacked photographers.

The judge in the case has ruled that the past assaults are fair game. Bieber had asked that the deposition be limited to the one incident.

Binion noted in his documents five separate attacks, including an incident in Miami with another photgrapher hours before his own assault, an alleged attack on an Argentinian photographer on November 11th, an alleged assault of a Hawaii paparazzo on November 20th, an alleged Australian photographer attack and an incident at an IHOP.
