Conrad Murray’s Conviction Appeal Over Michael Jackson’s Death Halted
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 01.15.2014

TMZ reports that a California appeals court has halted a contention by Conrad Murray that Michael Jackson killed himself by self-injecting a fatal dose of Propofol into his system.

Murray had appealed his conviction with a number of arguments. The California Court of Appeal has now ruled though that Murray's theories are only theories. The court went on to say that the evidence was plentiful that Murray was at fault.

The judge also noted that Murray's fingerprints were all over the Propofol bottle and that Murray acted like a guilty man when police arrived on the scene by lying to them. It was also noted that Murray cleaned up the scene after the fact.

Had Murray won the appeal, he could've made a pitch to regain his medical license.
