Will Springsteen get his 11th No. 1 album?
Billboard reports that Bruce Springsteen and Frozen are competing for the No. 1 spot for next week's Billboard 200 album chart.
Springsteen's new album High Hopes is expected to sell between 90,000 to 100,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on January 19. If the album hits No. 1, it would be Springsteen's 11th album to top the chart. The album was released by Columbia Records on January 14.
The current No. 1 album, the soundtrack for the movie Frozen, could also sell over 90,000 copies. The figures are reportedly more prone to fluctuate since it is harder to predict sales of releases that are not new.
Other albums expected to make significant debuts on the chart next week include: Kidz Bop 25 with about 60,000 copies and Jennifer Nettles' solo debut album That Girl with about 50,000 copies.
