A professional photographer is suing Machine Gun Kelly 's manager over a picture that he claims was stolen in order to sell T-Shirts. TMZ reports that Dario Calmese has filed suit against Byron Kirkland, claiming that he shot a picture of MGK for a limited edition T-Shirt line for Black Apple in 2012. Calmese says that Black Apple submitted the photo to Kirkland, who signed off on it but then allegedly began using the photo for his own line of shirts around the internet. Tne shirt is being sold at online stores including Spencer's Gifts and Live Nation Worldwide.
Calemese claims that Kirkland stole the photo for his own T-Shirt production outside of Black Apple and is suing Kirkland, Live Nation, Spencer's and more in order to stop the shirts from being sold and for damages.
