It's her word against his...
Radar Online reports that no witnesses have stepped forward to back up Kim Kardashian's claims that the young man Kanye West assaulted shouted racial and homophobic slurs at her and that he threatneed to kill her.West is accused of attacking the young man in a chiropractor's office in Beverly Hills after he allegedly harassed Kardashian.
Kardashian said that the man "threatened to kill her, and she was fearful for her life," but "there are no witnesses that can substantiate Kim's claims that heard the threat."
A source said: "Kim hasn't filed an official police report yet, but it will be very interesting if she does, because cops want to question her about what she saw and heard when Kanye entered the office, and allegedly began hitting him. If Kim was in such fear for her life, why did she call her fiancee and not the cops? She could have — and should have — done that instead of Kanye seeking some sort of vigilante justice."
West is under investigation for felony assault and battery for the incident. West found the young man sitting down and allegedly hit him over thirty times, most of which were in the face. The victim got into the fetal position to stop the damage. Kardashian stood by and did nothing due to shock, while a secretary yelled at West to get him to stop. Eventually, a worker came out and pulled them apart, forcing West to leave.
West has a history of violent incidents. He has a no contest plea to battery six years ago and is currently being investigated for beating up a photographer. Neither West nor Kardashian agreed to do a sit-down interview with Beverly Hills police. When Kardashian was asked about it on Ellen yesterday, she said she "legally can't" discuss it.
