U2 to Debut New Song During Super Bowl

U2 will premiere a new song during the Super Bowl. Billboard reports that the group will debut a song called "Invisible" from their forthcoming album in a a commercial from (RED) and Bank of America that will air during the game a week from Sunday.
The song will also be available as a limited-edition free download on iTunes for the first 24 hours after the Super Bowl commercial airs; for every download during that period, Bank of America will donate $1 (up to $2 million) to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in order to provide life-saving HIV/AIDS treatment, testing and prevention services in many of the world's poorest countries. In addition to the downloads, the band and organizations expect to generate more than $10 million in donations and funding for the campaign.
(RED) is an organization founded by Bono in 2006 which has brought in more than $240 million for the Global Fund. Funds from the charity are aimed at fighting diseases in Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zambia. The organization has also teamed up with brand partners swuch as Apple, Starbucks and Coca-Cola to help fund a cure for mother-to-child transmission of HIV by 2015.
