Police Found No Evidence Against Justin Bieber During Raid
Posted by Joseph Lee on 01.27.2014

TMZ reports that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department found no evidence that Justin Bieber egged his neighbor's home when they searched his mansion. They were looking for surveillance video that would have incriminated Bieber, as well as texts in which Bieber may have bragged about the incident.

The video doesn't show Bieber egging the house, and there is no video evidence either before or after the incident that shows Bieber at the scene.

The case against Bieber will depend on the video from TMZ (which showed the neighbor arguing with him) and the eyewitnesses who ID'd him. In the video you can't see Bieber, but you can hear him. The eyewitnesses are the neighbor and his 13-year-old daughter. The Sheriff's Department will send the case to the LA County District Attorney for review this week. The DA could charge Bieber with felony vandalism, settle for a misdemeanor or drop the charges completely.
