Miami Beach Police Subpoena TMZ For Justin Bieber Case

The plot thickens...
TMZ reports that Miami Beach cops have subpoenaed video that TMZ posted which may show that Justin Bieber was drag racing. The subpoena asks for "all videos related to the drag racing incident involving Justin Bieber on January 23, 2014 on Miami Beach, Florida."
The problem, according to TMZ, is that the videos they have don't show a drag race on Pine Street as police described in their police report. The videos don't actually show them drag racing at any point. One video shows the two cars turning onto Pine Street. Another shows Bieber leaving the club in his rented yellow Lamborghini, revving the engine and then leaving. Khalil and the red Ferrari are not in the second video.
The GPS device on the Lamborghini showed that the cars only went 52 MPH and 47 MPH respectively, as they left the club. Both slowed down later and in the middle of the "drag race", they were traveling below the speed limit at 27 MPH.
The other two videos show the car parked. In one he's outside the club talking with fans and in another he's been pulled over. TMZ said: "We're assuming cops want our video to help justify the traffic stop ... which is interesting."
