Justin Bieber Enters Not Guilty Plea for His DUI Charge in Miami
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 01.29.2014

TMZ reports that Justin Bieber pled not guilty to a DUI charge and resisting arrest in Miami Beach.

Bieber was arrested for a misdemeanor. Bieber's arraignment is scheduled for Valentine's Day, but his lawyer, Mark Shapiro, has entered a written not guilty plea. The court will not require Bieber to be present for his arraignment.

Law enforcement sources say charges could still be added before the arraignment.

Bieber is also currently being charged in Toronto for assaulting a limo driver. He's also being investigated for egging his neighbor's house, which could be filed as a felony.
