GPS Records Show That Justin Bieber Was Not Drag Racing

TMZ has acquired GPS records from the rented Lamborghini that Justin Bieber was driving when he was arrested for DUI, which doesn't show any evidence of drag racing.
Miami Beach police claimed they saw Bieber and Khalil (driving a red Ferrari) drag racing, which is why they were stopped. Police claimed that they were driving between 55 and 60 MPH. The GPS on the car records speed when the car accelerates quickly. At 4:07 AM, Bieber left the club and hit a speed of 44 MPH. Two minutes later it had a maximum speed of 27 MPH.
Police claimed they noticed the race on the 2600 block of Pine Tree Drive, Bieber stopped and was arrested on the 4100 block. The 27 MPH (under the 30 MPH speed limit) reading is from the 3700 block, in the middle of what would have been the drag race. If Bieber had been racing, the GPS would have recorded a higher speed.
Police say two Escalades were stopped on Pine Tree to block traffic so the drag race could happen. The GPS for the Escalade driven by Bieber's father shows it stopped at 2:35 AM. They were inside the club for 1.2 hours. At 4:06 AM the Escalade started driving again and didn't stop until Bieber was pulled over. So it wasn't used to block traffic for any reason.
This could be a huge problem for the case. If the reason Bieber was spot is proved to be fake, it could cause the entire case to be dropped. This is likely why TMZ's videos were subpoenaed, but the videos also don't show racing.
