The D.A. wanted jail...
The prosecutor in Chris Brown's probation case argued today that Brown should go to jail. TMZ reports that a hearing was held today in Brown's ongoing legal proceedings, this one in Los Angeles in regard to his probation. The hearing was to address the charges against Brown in Washington, D.C. for assault and the prosecutor argued that there was cause to believe Brown is guilty and thus should go to jail.
According the the site, prosecutors asked the judge to put Brown in jail and set a probation violation hearing, claiming that "Brown's violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency" and that he poses "an increasing danger to society."
The judge disagreed, ruling that Brown should remain in his 90-day rehab for anger management.
