Franz Ferdinand Singer Apologizes to Pharrell Over Riff 'Borrowing' Accusation

Alex Kapranos has apologised to Pharrell after accusing him of taking a riff from a Franz Ferdinand hit. As previously reported, the Ferdinand frontman was talking about Pharrell's new song "Can't Rely on You," which has a similar riff to the band's "Take Me Out." He wrote, "Hey @Pharrell - I love your tunes. If you want to borrow a riff, just ask... "
