Pharrell Williams, Kendrick Lamar And More To Perform At NBA All-Star 2014 Weekend
Posted by Joseph Lee on 02.06.2014

Billboard reports that the NBA has revealed which musicians will headline its All-Star Weekend in New Orleans next weekend, with the All-Star Game airing on February 16. The Entertainment Series will be presented by Sean John at Macy's. Performers include Pharrell Williams, who will perform during the player introductions and bring out special guests.

The half-time show will include a collaborated (influenced by New Orleans) from Earth, Wind & Fire; Janelle Monae; Dr. John; Gary Clark Jr.; and Trombone Shorty with his band Orleans Avenue, who recently performed with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis at the Grammy Awards. Kendrick Lamar will headline on Saturday night with a performance before the Sprite Slam Dunk. Clark Jr and Serena Ryder will perform the US national anthem and Canadian national anthem, respectively, on the following Sunday.

Performers for the Sprint Pregame Concert will be announced soon. That airs live on TNT at 8 PM ET. Last year's event include performances from Alicia Keys, Fall Out Boy, Ne-Yo and Phillip Phillips.
