“I want a felony.”
TMZ reports that the LA County Sheriff's Department has sent Justin Bieber's felony vandalism case to the LA County District Attorney, and the department is strongly recommending prosecution for felony vandalism.
Bieber is accused of egging his neighbor's home and causing $20,000 in damage. According to Lt. Dave Thompson, "I went to the D.A.'s Office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony. Of course I want a felony."
The D.A. will reportedly make a decision in about a week.
