She'll be there on Kurt Cobain's behalf...
In an interview with Access Hollywood (via NME), Courtney Love said that sitting with Dave Grohl at Nirvana's table for their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction will be "awkward".
Nirvana joins a group of inductees that includes Kiss, Peter Gabriel, Hall and Oates, Cat Steven and Linda Ronstadt on April 10. Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band will be given an award for musical excellence. Artists are eligible for induction 25 years after the release of their first album. Nirvana released Bleach in 1989 and were nominated right away.
Love has had a tumultuous relationship with Grohl and once claimed he tried to sleep with her teenage daughter.
She said: "Well, we're going to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and I think we're all sitting at the table."
When asked if it would be awkward, she said it would and added: "I'm no hashtag Yoko."
