Chris Brown's alleged assault of another player during a basketball game at a 24-Hour Fitness has turned into a lawsuit for him. TMZ reports that Malcolm Ausbon has sued Brown, claiming that he was playing basketball against Brown when he called a foul that the singer denied.
According to the suit, Brown then threatened to beat Ausbon up, claiming that he was a member of the Bloods. Ausbon says he decided to back away but got rushed by Brown and three members of the singer's security team, one of whom yelled, "If you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us." The suit says that they then began to "strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body."
Ausbon says he was in the ER with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs. He adds that he's suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder.
Ausbon has included 24-Hour Fitness and the security team in the incident. A source close to Brown says there was an incident but that no punches were thrown.
