Mother Of Diddy's Child Cost Him Money By Not Paying On Foreclosed Home
Posted by Joseph Lee on 02.17.2014

TMZ reports that it wasn't Sean "Diddy" Combs' fault that the home of the mother of his children (Misa Brim) went into foreclosure. Instead, it was her fault for not making payments. The two took out a $712,000 mortgage on a house that Brim and her son would live in. The bank claims that payments stopped in 2010 and the house will now be auctioned off.

While it was believed that it was Diddy who missed the payments, Brim was the one responsible for paying the mortgage according to a side agreement in a legal document. Diddy merely helped her get the loan. The agreement stated that if Diddy had to pay on the mortgage, she would pay him back. He ended up paying $28,000 to help but later sued her to get it back.
